In this role, he also helped design and execute global conferences convening heads of state, senior policymakers, and leading experts to address issues including geopolitics, national security, and international trade.

His public-sector experience includes serving as aide-de-camp to Utah Lieutenant Governor Spencer J. Cox, supporting executive branch priorities and external stakeholder engagement; working closely with senior leadership in the Utah State Legislature; and serving on the majority staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance, where he contributed to federal tax and international trade policy development. He has also supported statewide leadership efforts in advisory and operational capacities.

Stephen earned a BA in Economics from the University of Utah and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
